延續Open question for coding practice (Chinese #8)，再增加 SetHour、SetMinute、SetSecond 三個函式可以分別設定時鐘的時、分、秒。SetAlarm 則可以設定鬧鈴的時間，當時間走到鬧鈴的時間時，發出逼逼逼三聲，並停止程式的執行。
